Getting Started
Welcome to AI Search Analyser! This tool helps you track your brand's visibility across AI-powered search engines.
Quick Start:
1. Create a Project for your brand
2. Create a Question Set with customer questions
3. Add Questions that customers might ask
4. Create a Run to analyze across AI engines
5. View Results to see your Share of Voice
What You Need:
- An active subscription
- At least one AI engine account configured
- A project and question set
Core Concepts
Projects: Organize your analyses by brand or product. Each project can have multiple question sets.
Question Sets: Collections of questions representing common customer queries. Create different sets for different use cases.
Questions: Specific queries you want to test. Use natural language that reflects how customers actually ask.
Runs: Execute your questions across selected AI engines. Each run tests all questions and calculates Share of Voice.
Share of Voice (SOV): The percentage of AI responses that mention your brand. Calculated as: (Brand mentions / Total answers) × 100
Creating Your First Analysis
Step 1: Create a Project
- Navigate to Projects
- Click "Create New Project"
- Enter a project name
Step 2: Create a Question Set
- Go to Question Sets
- Select your project
- Enter a name and optional version
Step 3: Add Questions
- Click on your question set
- Click "+ Add Question"
- Enter question text
- Optionally add locale, intent, or weight
Step 4: Configure AI Engines
- Go to Engine Accounts
- Ensure at least one engine is enabled
- Verify API keys are configured
Step 5: Create a Run
- Navigate to Runs
- Click "Create New Run"
- Select project, question set, and engines
- Enter model name (e.g., "gpt-4o-mini")
- Click "Create Run"

- Started: When the run began

- Mention detection (highlighted in yellow)
